The Cheese Room

Classified’s Cheese Room is located next to the Press Room on Holywood Road. As the name indicates, it’s primarily a shop that sells cheese to the upmarket crowd, but they also have a few tables where you can taste the chef’s very good recipes, not all of them involving cheese.
The food is surprisingly good and fresh, and the atmosphere more prone for your SUnday morning relaxation if you go there for brunch than in the neighboring Press Room.
I’d recommend the soups and risotto. Also try the huge bowls of coffee, cappuccino or hot chocolate. Worth it!

Hong Kong heritage project

There’s a very nice little site featuring archives on Hong Kong tramways, aviation activities, etc. It’s at hongkongheritage.org. The site currently focuses on archives from the Kadoorie family, but I understand it is bound to expand.
